About Thing Fabrics
Thing Fabrics began in Imabari, the Japanese city which is world renowned for its towelling fabric. Working in co-operation with skilled local craftspeople, Things Fabrics specialises in high quality towelling apparel and accessories.
The warm climate and pure waters of Imabari give the fabric a super soft feel. They use a spinning method called Seibo Kounen, which uses "San Hokin cotton" caught in the San Hawkin Valley, California, USA, which has conditions suitable for high-quality cotton cultivation. By twisting with and driving in the original spun yarn, it has a natural stretchability and has a unique luster, and is finished in a thin, soft and supple fabric.
