We have managed to get a small number of these super soft 100% lambswool ponchos is a versatile piece when you need a warm and stylish extra layer. Adding shape and texture, without hiding what you are wearing underneath, this piece will add interest to the simplest of outfits.

Luxurious yet practical, the poncho can be styled over a crisp shirt or dress, a striped long sleeve or even a t-shirt, and comes in three wearable colours. It is fully fashioned and seamless.

It measures 53 cm across front and 68 cm in length when laid flat.

The poncho is so soft because it is made with high-quality yarn which is both spun and dyed in Scotland using water from the local loch Leven, which is known for its purity and softness. This water is then cleaned and returned ensuring the precious [wildlife brown salmon and pink footed geese] are preserved in this beautiful RSPB nature reserve.

The yarn then goes to the nearby small heritage Mill where the sweaters are knitted one at a time and hand finished. These traditional Scottish skills are combined with modern technology, for a superior quality garment. We use zero waste knitting techniques to ensure our sustainable approach.

Jess Quinton and Jane Chadwick use British mills for their yarn supplies, always 100% natural and biodegradable fibres. Mostly Lambswool or Merino and they also use Recycled Cashmere when it is available. They like to combine traditional knitting techniques with new technology to make a more sustainable product.
