Goods will be sent twice a week on a Tuesday and Thursday - full details of the courier and expected delivery times will be sent to you. This also applies to local delivery options. All other terms below stay in place. We wish you all well and keep safe. Thank you for your support.
As soon as you have placed an order with Barkened we aim to send your goods within 1-2 working days after we have received payment. We will let you know via email the tracking information of your goods as soon as the order has been dispatched.
As our shop is super busy, goods will not be dispatched on weekends, bank holidays or any other public holiday.
If you have ordered an item on pre-order or made to order, we will let you know on receipt of payment when you can expect it.
Occasionally an item may not be in stock, we will email you straight away with an estimated delivery date.

As a small business we use a combination of Royal Mail, Hermes, DPD depending on the goods you order.
If you live in Deal, Kent we can deliver your goods FREE of charge or you can choose to Click and Collect. Postage will be refunded to you.
Outside of Deal, Kent if you spend over £50 and receive free Tracked & Signed UK delivery (2-5 working days).
Spend under £50, Tracked & Signed UK delivery (2-5 working days).
European Shipping Tracked & Signed 7-10 days.

When ordering goods from Barkened outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are lived one the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by you; we have no control over these charges and are unable to predict what they will be and as they vary widely from country to country we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
