OUR RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you love your online purchase but, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied and wish to return it our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

For a full refund, please email emma@barkened.com with details of your order and what you wish to return.

Please ensure that the goods are returned as you received them - in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, with the invoice as proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt to Barkened, 132 High Street, Deal, Kent, CT14 6BE. 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have your returned item. We will then issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges. Please allow up to 5 working days from the date we receive the goods, for a full refund as some payment providers take a while to process credit back to your account. 

Please note that the cost and safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received at our store, so we recommend you return items using a recorded delivery service. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can understand the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as food, flowers or plants, custom products such as special orders or personalised items and personal care goods such as beauty products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or any concerns about your item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

EXCHANGES

If you need an alternative size or colour of an item that you have ordered, let us know via email at emma@barkened.com within 14 days of receiving your goods and we will confirm availability. If it is we will send it to you free of charge, but the return of the original items are still your responsibility.
