OUR RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you love your online purchase but, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied and wish to return it our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

For a full refund, please email emma@barkened.com with details of your order and what you wish to return.

Please ensure that the goods are returned as you received them - in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, with the invoice as proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt to Barkened, 132 High Street, Deal, Kent, CT14 6BE. 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have your returned item. We will then issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges. Please allow up to 10-15 days from the date we receive the goods, for a full refund as some payment providers take a while to process credit back to your account. 

Please note that the cost and safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received at our store, so we recommend you return items using a recorded delivery service. 

There are a small number of items excluded from this policy. These are personalised orders, skincare, fragrance, edible items such as chocolates. These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

EXCHANGES

If you need an alternative size or colour of an item that you have ordered, let us know via email at emma@barkened.com within 14 days of receiving your goods and we will confirm availability. If it is we will send it to you free of charge, but the return of the original items are still your responsibility.
