STRING OF HEARTS / CEROPEGIA WOODII

Ceropegia Woodii is also known as the string of hearts and its a brilliant trailing plant  which is nice and easy to care for. Another perfect plant to show someone you care with its little heart shape leaves. 

She likes a sunny spot close to a window (but not direct) and a well-drained pot. Give her a water every two to three weeks, letting her dry between waterings. She grows quickly during the Spring and Summer months. If any yellow leaves appear just pluck them off. 

Small size is approx 10-12cm wide.
